I'm the type of person who rarely complains about the government and the people who are governing our great country. However, when it comes to President Obama, I cannot take it any longer. And yes, for those of you out there who might read my blog, I did vote which entitles me to gripe.
Now, I am not going to complain about the new health care law (which I feel isn't worth the paper that it is printed on) nor the unwillingness of his administration to help with the current economic situation. What I am concerned about is Obama's decision to cancel National Prayer Day. And folks, this is the 2nd year in a row that he has done this. Now, I am not a very religious person, but I am very strong in my faith.
National Prayer Day was started in 1952 by President Harry S. Truman and has been recognized every year by every other president. That is until Mr. Obama took office. I guess that what we get for electing a Muslim follower into office. What's next Mr. Obama? What else are you going to do to get God completely out of the United States culture? Are you going to take "in God we trust" off of our currency too? Our great country was founded on a strong belief in God.
I'm beginning to feel that Obama is not looking out for the best interest of the country. I feel that Obama is only looking out for the best interest of himself and what ever gains he can muster. We as Americans need to stand up and make our voices heard.
Obama said that he is for change in America. What kind of change Mr. Obama? The downfall of America or to strengthen America? At this point I'm not sure what direction you are going. I hope and pray that you will not be re-elected. I truly feel in all my being that you don't care what happens to our country!!

lol bout time I actually heard this from someone other than family memebers. My husband hates what Obama is doing and if you get him talking about it, he will never stop. I totally agree with everything you have said. Hopefully the people realize that Obama's "change" isn't the change they were looking for. Congrats to you for the post.
ReplyDeleteI really try to stay neutral as I always want to elevate the pros and cons of the Presidents decisions. It has become rather difficult lately with the decisions and I don't think that he will return for a second term. I imagine that it does have to be tough with the recession and all but quit listening to some jacka$# and just throw the BS out there. Follow your own opinions, Obama.
